Dr. Cassidy Miller

Helping you reconnect with your health, your vitality, and your life.

In addition to operating her own private practice, Naturally Inspired Medicine (Naturopathic Doctor – Naturally Inspired Medicine ), Dr. Miller partners with The Scoggan Institute as an Independent Medical Director. Through this collaboration, she provides medical insight and advisory support to our clinical programs while continuing to offer her specialized services to patients referred from our team. Although Dr. Miller operates independently, she is a valued member of The Scoggan Institute family, helping to bridge the gap between holistic medicine and mental health care.

Education & Training

Dr. Miller earned her undergraduate degree in Biology with a pre-medicine focus before pursuing her doctorate at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University of Natural Medicine). Her medical training mirrors the rigor of traditional medical school, including intensive coursework in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, immunology, pathology, and pharmacology.

In addition to her core medical education, Dr. Miller completed two years of intensive clinical training across various healthcare environments. While she maintains a thorough understanding of conventional pharmaceuticals, she often chooses to integrate:

  • Nutritional coaching

  • Herbal medicine

  • Functional medicine testing and supplementation

  • Traditional Chinese medicine (including acupuncture and cupping)

Her passion for advanced healing techniques led her to pursue specialized training in regenerative medicine, including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and stem cell therapy for musculoskeletal conditions. She is also certified in Applied Kinesiology (a nervous system–muscle testing method) and has completed training in Neuroemotional Technique (NET), a mind-body therapy designed to help process emotional stress stored in the body.

Through this broad range of tools and training, Dr. Miller helps her patients not only manage illness but address the deeper, often hidden, causes of health imbalances.

Our Approach Together

As part of our partnership, The Scoggan Institute collaborates closely with Dr. Miller to ensure patients have access to the highest level of care across both mental and physical health. Dr. Miller brings the same diagnostic capabilities as traditional medical doctors while expanding options for holistic treatment.

Our process together begins with a thorough medical history, physical exam, and—when needed—specialty testing such as lab work or imaging. Once a clear picture of your health is established, Dr. Miller designs a customized plan that may include:

  • Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations

  • Supplemental support with vitamins, minerals, and botanicals

  • Acupuncture, IV therapy, and regenerative injection therapies

  • Prescription medications, when appropriate

  • Referrals to trusted specialists when necessary
